How do I fix a shaking model with the HoloLens 2 inside Hololight Space?
When connecting to a Hololight Space Server with the HoloLens 2, you may experience shaking 3D models during the session.
This problem only occurs when using the HoloLens 2 and it is caused by an advanced setting inside the HoloLens 2 Hololight Space Client.
- Click at the settings icon in the top right corner of the Hololight Space Client.
- Make sure that "Depth Buffer" is not activated.
This issue can usually be resolved by adjusting a simple setting within the Hololight Space Client. If the problem persists or you need further assistance, please submit a support ticket.
