Next Level Scalable XR
Hololight has partnered with MIFCOM to deliver a powerful, ready-to-deploy XR streaming infrastructure. By combining Hololight's streaming technology with MIFCOM's high-performance workstations, enterprises get a compact, water-cooled, office-ready setup — without the complexity of traditional server environments.
Deployments start with 8 concurrent XR user sessions and scale seamlessly by integrating multiple systems into a server rack, making it the ideal foundation for growing XR operations.
COMPATIBILITY
Work Seamlessly With Different Devices
Hololight supports a wide range of AR and VR devices, constantly adding support for new devices, ensuring you can work with the tools and formats you rely on.
Apple Vision Pro
iOS
Microsoft HoloLens 2
PICO 4 Ultra Enterprise
HTC VIVE Family
Meta Quest Family
Snap Spectacles
For us, Hololight Stream Runtime is more than just a tool. It’s become a standard in our design process.
– Alexander Makush | Project Lead, Genesis Design Studios
The AR goggles and CAD data allow us to find out much faster, whether the production worker will be able to fit the component properly later on, in series production. That way, we need far fewer test setups.

FAQ
Learn more about Hololight's Central Orchestration Platform
-
How does Hololight’s VR streaming work?
Hololight lets you utilize your powerful external hardware such as workstations or centralized infrastructure to run AR and VR applications. Instead of relying on the XR headset for compute, the application is rendered externally and only the visual output is streamed to the device. This enables high-fidelity AR and VR experiences independent of device performance and hardware limitations.
-
Can Hololight be deployed on-premise or in the cloud?
Hololight supports both on-premise and cloud-based deployments, allowing defense and aerospace organizations to align XR usage with existing IT architectures, security policies, and compliance requirements.
-
How does Hololight maintain data security?
Our streaming technology ensures that data always stays on the server, your 3D applications remain untouched. This is critical as devices change hands, are shared, and are used in multiple locations. With server-side rendering and pixel streaming, only pixels are visualized on the device. Once the connection is closed, nothing is left on the device.
-
Why is VR streaming suitable for defense and aerospace use cases?
VR streaming allows defense and aerospace teams to use immersive applications without exposing sensitive data on end devices. By keeping all data and processing within existing infrastructure and streaming only visual output, organizations can maintain a consistent security posture across devices, locations, and deployments.
-
What defense use cases is Hololight used for?
Hololight provides the infrastructure and platform that enables a wide range of defense applications. Through centralized application management, controlled user access, and device-agnostic streaming, organizations can deploy and operate XR applications for training, maintenance, mission planning, situational awareness, and operational preparation. Hololight is the secure foundation that allows both in-house and third-party defense software to be hosted, managed, and used consistently across teams and devices.
-
Can Hololight integrate with existing defense and aerospace systems?
Yes. Applications developed in Unity or Unreal Engine can be made streamable using the Hololight Stream SDK, enabling existing defense and aerospace applications to run in AR and VR without changing workflows. Applications continue to run on your infrastructure and are streamed to devices via pixel streaming.
-
Which headsets are available?
There is a wide variety of AR/VR headsets on the market today, designed for different use cases, and new ones are continuously being released. Here is a selection of currently available XR devices, all of which are supported by our streaming technology:
- Meta Quest family – with passthrough functionality to view digital content in the real world.
