At Mobile World Congress 2023, XR expert Holo-Light will showcase it´s Augmented Reality Engineering Space AR3S together with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to demonstrate the powerful combination of AR3S, AWS Snowball Edge and 5G. Engineers and industrial designers use AR3S to visualize and collaborate on complex, full-size digital twins, merge them with physical components, and evaluate as well as interact with them in the real environment.
In exclusive demos, visitors will experience AR3S running in a private 5G on an AWS Snowball Edge server. This ensures more reliable as well as more secure network coverage than Wifi. 5G in combination with Holo-Light’s technology enables new use cases in industry, where the performance of mobile devices is insufficient. Especially on spacious industrial locations and shopfloors, 5G with an edge server is a sensible solution.
